Getting started
What LazyKiwi is, the free plan, and your first generation.
- Getting started with LazyKiwiLazyKiwi is a browser workbench for AI video and images. You sign in, pick a generator, tool or template, upload a photo or clip if it needs one, and press Generate. Each generation costs credits; the price is shown on the Generate button before you confirm, and a failed generation gives the credits back.
- The Free plan: 40 credits a month and a free first templateEvery new LazyKiwi account is on the Free plan: 40 credits, topped back up to 40 at the start of each monthly cycle, one free 5-second 720p template video, and unlimited 720p Motion exports with a small watermark. No credit card is needed.
- Is LazyKiwi free?Yes — LazyKiwi has a Free plan with 40 credits at sign-up, topped back up to 40 every month, plus one free 5-second 720p video template per account and free browser exports in Motion Studio. No credit card is needed. Paid plans start at $14 a month for 4,500 credits, and credit packs start at $8.99 for 2,000.
- Is LazyKiwi legit and safe to use?LazyKiwi is operated by CMOON PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, under published Terms of Use, a Privacy Policy and a Refund Policy. Payments go through Stripe checkout and LazyKiwi does not store your full card number; failed generations return their credits automatically, and a first-ever subscription can be refunded within 72 hours if fewer than 30 credits were used.
Credits, plans and refunds
What things cost, how credits are held and returned, plans, credit packs, cancelling.
- Credit costs for every model and toolLazyKiwi prices are fixed per model or tool and depend on length and resolution. The tables below are the prices charged by the billing code as of October 28, 2026; the Generate button always shows the exact amount for your settings before you confirm.
- How credits work: holds, charges and returnsWhen you press Generate, LazyKiwi holds the credits shown on the button. When the result is ready the hold becomes a charge; if the generation fails, or you delete it before it finishes, the held credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Plans and credit packsLazyKiwi has a Free plan and four monthly subscriptions — Starter $14, Basic $29, Pro $75 and Ultimate $120 — plus one-time credit packs from $8.99. Subscriptions give monthly credits and more parallel tasks; credit packs never expire.
- How to cancel your subscriptionSign in, open the [pricing page](/pricing), and on your current plan's card press **Cancel renewal**, then confirm. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.
- Refunds: purchases and failed generationsTwo different things: **credits** for a failed generation come back automatically, with no request needed. **Money** is refundable only for your first-ever subscription, within 72 hours, if you used fewer than 30 credits since buying it — email hello@lazykiwi.ai from your account address.
Video tools
Character swap, add or remove objects, restyle, face swap, enhance and convert.
- Character Swap: replace a person in a videoCharacter Swap replaces one person in a 4–15 second video with the character from a single photo, for 3, 4 or 6 credits per second at 480p, 720p or 1080p — a 10-second 720p swap is 40 credits. Upload the clip, let LazyKiwi find the people in it, pick who to replace, add the character image and generate.
- Add Object to VideoAdd Object to Video inserts an object you describe into a 4–15 second clip (up to 5 seconds at 1080p and 1440p), optionally guided by up to 9 reference images, for 4–12 credits per second plus 10 — a 5-second 720p clip costs 50 credits. Think a product on the table, a hat on a person, a sign on a wall.
- Remove an object from a videoThe AI Video Object Remover erases a person, logo or object you describe from a 4–15 second clip (up to 5 seconds at 1080p and 1440p) and fills in the background, for 4–12 credits per second plus 10 — 5 seconds at 720p costs 50.
- Video to Video: restyle a clipVideo to Video restyles a 4–15 second clip from a prompt while keeping its motion, for 525, 615 or 1,650 credits for 5 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p. Anime, clay, watercolour, a different season — describe the look and generate.
- Video and GIF face swapVideo Face Swap and GIF Face Swap replace one or more faces in a clip of up to 300 seconds with faces from your photos, priced by clip length at 720p — 615 credits for 5 seconds, 1,640 for 10. The faces you do not map stay untouched.
- AI Video Enhancer: upscale and smooth a clipThe AI Video Enhancer upscales a 4–15 second clip ×2 or ×4 and adds frames up to ×8 for smoother motion, for 615 credits for 5 seconds at 720p (the Video to Video formula). At least one of the two must be above ×1, and no prompt is needed.
- Flip, stabilize, extract audio, video to GIF and backLazyKiwi's convert tools — flip, stabilize, extract audio (MP3, WAV or M4A), video to GIF and GIF to MP4 — take clips of 1 to 300 seconds and cost 1 credit per second; AI video detection and adding subtitles cost 2 credits per second.

- AI Clothes ChangerThe AI Clothes Changer puts the outfit from one photo on the person in another for 13 credits at 1K or 17 at 2K (no 4K), with each image up to 3,840 px on its longest side.
- Photo tools: background remover, upscaler, enhancer and moreEvery LazyKiwi photo tool — background remover, upscaler, enhancer, watermark remover, colorizer, hairstyle changer and the rest — costs the same: 13 credits at 1K, 17 at 2K and 20 at 4K. Upload a photo, pick any options, generate.
- Image to Prompt and Virality PredictorImage to Prompt writes a reusable prompt that recreates your image, and Virality Predictor scores a post image (with up to 300 characters of caption), for 10 credits per run — returned if the run fails — with up to 20 runs a day and 6 a minute per tool. You need to be signed in.
- Attractiveness TestThe Attractiveness Test scores one portrait out of 10 on symmetry, facial thirds, eye spacing and seven more ratios, for free and without an account. It runs entirely in your browser, so the photo is not uploaded to LazyKiwi.
Motion tools
Logo animation, black screen video and other browser-rendered motion graphics.
- Logo AnimationLogo Animation turns a PNG, SVG, JPG, WebP or HEIC logo into a 3–12 second animated sting for 0 credits when exported in your browser (Cloud render: 5 credits per 20 seconds). Free-plan exports are 720p with a small LazyKiwi mark; any plan or credit pack removes it.
- Black Screen VideoBlack Screen Video makes a solid-colour video from 1 second to 10 hours, a countdown from 3 seconds to 1 hour, or a black screen over your own audio (up to 20 minutes). The 720p export is free, needs no sign-in and has no watermark.
- Motion Studio: exports, Cloud render, AI edits and premium stylesMotion Studio exports render in your browser for 0 credits; credits are spent only on AI steps — storyboard 20, generate 80 (Art 300), edits 20 or 40, new effect layer 300 — and on the optional Cloud render at 5 credits per 20 seconds. Export resolution and the watermark depend on your plan.

- Video Generator: models, lengths, resolutions and pricesThe LazyKiwi Video Generator runs 12 video models for text-to-video, image-to-video and start–end frame video, priced from 25 credits for a 5-second LTX-2.3 or HunyuanVideo 1.5 clip to 82 credits per second for Seedance 2.0 at 720p, with clips up to 60 seconds on several models.
- Image Generator: models and pricesThe Image Generator makes 1 to 3 images per request on GPT Image 2 and 2.5, Nano Banana 2, Seedream 5.0, Wan 2.7 Image Pro, Qwen Image and Z-Image, priced per image from 2 credits (Z-Image, Qwen Image) to 70 at 1K (Nano Banana 2); GPT Image is 13 at 1K. Most models can also edit uploaded images.
- Video templates (and your free first one)Video templates turn one photo into a 9:16 trending effect video of 5, 10 or 15 seconds in 720p or 1080p, for 410 credits at 5 seconds and 720p — and the first 5-second 720p template on every account is free. Hug, bullet time, hotel lobby and many more.
- Clone a video from a linkClone it remakes a public 5–30 second TikTok, Instagram Reel or YouTube Short as a new clip of up to 15 seconds starring your people, for 90 credits per second of source up to 15 seconds and 5 per second after that. It keeps the shots, pacing and camera moves, with newly generated sound.
Troubleshooting
Failed generations, not enough credits, downloads and watermarks.
- Does LazyKiwi add a watermark?Only in one place we can confirm: Motion Studio exports on the Free plan are 720p with a small LazyKiwi mark, and buying any plan or credit pack removes it. Black Screen Video exports never have a mark. Paid plans list no-watermark exports and commercial use for AI videos and images; whether Free-plan AI videos and images carry a mark is to be confirmed.
- Why a generation failed, and what happens to your creditsMost failures come from content checks, an image outside 300–6,000 px, a clip outside the tool's length limits, a missing prompt, or a model that is briefly busy. Whatever the reason, credits held for a failed generation are returned to your balance automatically.
- Not enough creditsIf your balance is lower than the price on the Generate button, LazyKiwi shows how many more credits you need and offers a plan or a credit pack. You can also lower the price by choosing a shorter length, a lower resolution or a cheaper model.
- Downloads, watermarks and commercial useDownload images with the download button in the result view and videos from the video player. Motion Studio exports on the Free plan carry a small LazyKiwi mark; any plan or credit pack removes it. Paid plans and credit packs include commercial use. Download what you want to keep — results are not stored forever.
Account
Signing in, settings, credit history and deleting your data.
- Signing in: email code or GoogleLazyKiwi has no passwords. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account.
- Settings, credit history and deleting your dataSettings shows your profile, current plan and renewal date, credits left and the full credit history. Delete individual creations from the workbench history; to delete your whole account and personal data, email hello@lazykiwi.ai from your account address.
