How to cancel your subscription

Sign in, open the pricing page, and on your current plan's card press Cancel renewal, then confirm. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.

How to use it

    Open Pricing while signed in

    Go to lazykiwi.ai/pricing in the browser where you are signed in.

    Find your current plan

    Your plan's card is marked as current and shows a Cancel renewal button.

  3. 3

    Confirm

    Press Cancel renewal and confirm in the dialog. The button then reads Renewal canceled.

What happens after you cancel

  • You keep the plan, its credits and its features until the current period ends.
  • No further charges are made. Cancelling before the renewal date always prevents the next charge.

FAQ

Do I get money back when I cancel?

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. Your first-ever subscription may qualify for a refund within 72 hours — see Refund policy.

I cancelled but was charged again.
