Getting started with LazyKiwi

LazyKiwi is a browser workbench for AI video and images. You sign in, pick a generator, tool or template, upload a photo or clip if it needs one, and press Generate. Each generation costs credits; the price is shown on the Generate button before you confirm, and a failed generation gives the credits back.

How to use it

Sign in
Open app.lazykiwi.ai and sign in with an email code or Google. A new account starts on the Free plan with 40 credits.

Choose a workbench
Video Generator (text or image to video, video templates, video tools), Image Generator (text to image, photo templates, photo tools) or Motion Studio (logo animations, intros, black screen videos).

Pick a mode, model or tool
Each mode has its own tab: Template, Text, Image, Start–End frames or Tools. Tool pages can also be opened straight from a link such as
/app/video-generator?mode=tools&tool=character-swap. - 4
Add your inputs
Upload the photo or clip the tool asks for, write a prompt if it needs one, and choose length and resolution where offered.

Check the price and generate
The Generate button shows the credit cost. When you press it, the credits are held; when the result is ready they are charged, and if it fails they are returned.

Download
Finished results appear in the history panel. Download anything you want to keep — LazyKiwi is not a storage service.

What a generation costs
Prices depend on the model or tool, the length and the resolution. A 1K image is 13 credits; a 5-second 720p video with Seedance 2.0 is 410 credits; Character Swap is 4 credits per second at 720p. The full list is in Credit costs.
Motion Studio exports that render in your browser cost nothing; AI steps in Motion (generating or editing a design with the agent) and the optional Cloud render cost credits.
FAQ
Is LazyKiwi free?
You can start free: new accounts get 40 credits and the Free plan tops the balance back up to 40 each month. That covers photo tools and templates (13 credits each at 1K) and short clips on the cheapest video models. Most video tools need more credits than that — see Plans and credit packs.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser at app.lazykiwi.ai. Motion Studio works best on a computer.
