EveryGen AI Review: Three Sites, Pricing and Alternatives
EveryGen AI is three different products sharing one name. Here is which site is which, what each charges, the MCP option, and alternatives worth a look.

If you searched for EveryGen AI, you probably landed on one of three different websites, and they are not the same company. everygen-ai.com is run by EveryGen LLC and centres on an AI video director called EveryGen Studio. everygen.ai is the new name of Viewmax, a short-form video and UGC tool. everygenai.app is a third multi-model generator with its own plans. This EveryGen AI review separates them, using only what each site published on 13 October 2026: features, prices, the free route and the MCP connector. We did not buy plans or run paid generations on any of them, so there are no quality verdicts here, only checked facts and a short list of alternatives.
everygen-ai.com: EveryGen Studio and the AI video generator
This is the site that usually ranks first. Its homepage opens on three tabs: EveryGen Studio, AI Video and Short Clone, where you paste a YouTube Shorts, TikTok or Reels link and describe what to change.

According to the EveryGen Studio page, the director takes a one-line idea or a script with reference images, video or audio, writes the story, designs recurring characters, breaks it into shots and assembles a finished film with dialogue, narration, music and effects. Films run up to 180 seconds in 16:9 or 9:16, and you revise by chatting or by marking a moment in the video. The story templates shown are mostly children's picture-book styles, alongside product ads and music video prompts.

Beyond the director, the everygen ai video generator side lists text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video, a video editor, Motion Control, templates and a music generator. The model menu named on the homepage includes Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1 Fast and Quality, Wan 3, Kling 3.0 Motion Control and MiniMax H3 for video, and Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2.5, Wan 2.7 Image Pro and Seedream 5.0 for images. Its about page is dated 20 September 2026, so this is a young product.
everygen.ai: Everygen, formerly Viewmax
The second site is an older business with a new name. Its announcement says Viewmax "started as a simple way to create YouTube Shorts", grew into a suite for images, video and audio, and is now Everygen. Existing accounts, subscriptions, credits and files carry over, and viewmax.io links keep working.

Where everygen-ai.com sells a film director, Everygen is pitched at social content: Shorts, AI UGC ads, product shots and viral presets, with Seedance 2.5 as the headline video model per ByteDance Seed. Plans include an AI voiceover and script generator and auto-captions, and the FAQ says you can monetise the videos you make. It also offers its own MCP connector so an assistant can create videos without opening the site.
everygenai.app: the third EveryGen AI
The third site, everygenai.app, looks like a classic multi-model generator. Its homepage opens in video mode with MiniMax H3 Max Turbo selected and 33 public examples underneath. The image workspace defaults to GPT Image 2 with 1K, 2K or 4K output, and there is a set of browser-side utilities for compressing, resizing, converting, cropping and watermarking images, plus a "Humanize AI" text rewriter.

We could not find the operating company named on the pages we read, which is a reason to check the terms and refund policy before buying.
EveryGen pricing and the free question
Pricing is where this EveryGen AI review gets practical. All three sell monthly credits, and none of them uses the same credit unit, so compare what each plan says it buys rather than the raw credit number. Prices below were read on each site on 13 October 2026.
| Site | Entry plan | Mid plan | Top listed plan | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| everygen-ai.com | Lite $19/mo, 1,000 credits | Basic $29/mo, 2,000 credits | Ultra $99/mo, 9,000 credits | Monthly prices; credits last 30 days, no rollover; Pro $59 adds Quality Mode, 4K and 1080p Seedance |
| everygen.ai | Starter $9/mo billed yearly, 200 credits | Pro $19/mo billed yearly, 500 credits | Creator $49/mo billed yearly, 1,000 credits | Bonus credits in month one; top-ups last 90 days |
| everygenai.app | Lite $14.90/mo billed yearly ($179) | Standard $24.90/mo billed yearly ($299) | Higher tiers not captured | Shown as 50% off list price |

Is EveryGen AI free?
Not in the sense of a free plan you can keep using. everygen-ai.com shows a "Claim Credits" button and a "Create a free account" link, and its pricing page title mentions a free plan, but the plan cards we saw were all paid and no free credit amount was printed. Everygen's plans start at Starter. Treat any free allowance as a trial and check the number inside your account before relying on it.
Annual prices on everygen.ai and everygenai.app are quoted per month but charged once a year. Work out the yearly total before you click.
Every Gen AI MCP: making videos from Claude or ChatGPT
No EveryGen AI review this month can skip the connector. "every gen ai mcp" is one of the top autocomplete suggestions, and both everygen-ai.com and everygen.ai now offer a connector based on the Model Context Protocol. On everygen-ai.com, the server URL is everygen-ai.com/mcp, sign-in is by OAuth rather than an API key, and it lists Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code as clients.

The flow it describes is cautious with money: the assistant first asks for a quote with the exact credit cost, nothing is charged until you approve, and the quote expires after 10 minutes. For Claude Code, Anthropic's MCP guide covers adding a remote server like this one.
What to check before paying for any EveryGen site
- 1
Confirm the domain
Make sure the checkout page is on the site whose plan you read. The three sites use near-identical names and logos with the letter E.
- 2
Read the credit table
Each site converts credits differently. Find the line that says how many seconds of the model you want a plan buys.
- 3
Check resolution and length caps
On everygen-ai.com, Lite and Basic cap Seedance 2.0 at 720p and 8 seconds; Pro and Ultra allow 1080p and 12 seconds.
- 4
Look for expiry
Plan credits on everygen-ai.com last 30 days with no rollover; Everygen's plan credits refresh monthly and do not roll over either.
- 5
Find the refund policy
everygen-ai.com links a refund policy in its footer. Read it before a yearly plan.
EveryGen AI alternatives worth comparing
To finish the EveryGen AI review, a word on alternatives. If what you want is the long-form director, nothing on this list copies EveryGen Studio exactly. If you want single clips, templates or edits, there are several options. We publish this blog, so here is LazyKiwi described plainly, gaps included:
- LazyKiwi's video generator runs several models in one workbench, including Seedance 2.5, Kling v3 Omni, Veo 3.1 Lite, MiniMax H3 and Hailuo 2.3 Fast, with the credit cost shown on the Generate button.
- Ready-made templates cover the same viral formats EveryGen advertises. For example, the Hotel Lobby AI template turns two photos into the hotel-lobby rap duo clip that everygen-ai.com was also promoting this week.
- Video tools such as Character Swap replace a person in an existing clip with a reference character.
- Where LazyKiwi falls short of EveryGen: there is no conversational director that plans and assembles a multi-scene film up to 180 seconds, no MCP connector, and no built-in voiceover or music generator.

For a broader list of multi-model studios, including Runway, PixVerse and Pika, see our Google Flow alternatives roundup in the related reading below.
Can ChatGPT make videos like EveryGen AI?
Not on its own in the way EveryGen Studio does: ChatGPT does not plan, generate and assemble a multi-scene film with consistent characters inside the chat. What it can do, according to everygen-ai.com's setup guide, is connect to EveryGen through developer mode on paid ChatGPT plans, so you can request an image, clip or Studio film from the conversation and approve the credit quote there. The generation still happens on EveryGen's servers and is billed to your EveryGen account.
We cover the wider question, including what OpenAI's own tools can and cannot do, in can ChatGPT make videos.

FAQ
Common questions
Is EveryGen AI legit?
All three sites are live products with published pricing and policies. everygen-ai.com names its operator, EveryGen LLC in the US, and everygen.ai is the renamed Viewmax. The third site, everygenai.app, did not name a company on the pages we read. Check the domain and refund policy before you pay.
Is everygen.ai the same as everygen-ai.com?
No. everygen.ai is the new name of Viewmax, while everygen-ai.com is run by EveryGen LLC and says in its footer that it is not affiliated with Everygen.ai or Viewmax LLC. Accounts and credits do not carry between them.
Does EveryGen AI have a free plan?
We found no ongoing free plan card on any of the three sites on 13 October 2026. everygen-ai.com offers a free account and a Claim Credits button but did not print an amount. Expect a small trial allowance rather than a free tier, and verify it in your account.
What is EveryGen Studio?
EveryGen Studio is the AI video director on everygen-ai.com. You give it an idea or a script with references, and it writes the story, designs recurring characters, generates shots, voices and music, and assembles a film up to 180 seconds in 16:9 or 9:16 that you can revise by chat.
What happened to Viewmax?
Viewmax renamed itself Everygen. Its announcement says accounts, subscriptions, credits, projects and files stay the same, billing does not change, and viewmax.io links keep working while the move completes. The product now lives at everygen.ai.
Try a viral template before you commit to a plan
Upload two photos to the Hotel Lobby AI template and see the result in the LazyKiwi video workbench. The credit cost is shown before you generate.
