Blend two faces into one.

Upload two adult portraits you have permission to use and the face morph tool blends them into a single, coherent fictional face rather than a ghosted double exposure. Say which face should lead, and the features, skin texture and lighting are resolved into one person who does not exist.

What it is

One face, made from two. Not a cross-fade.

Fading one photo into another gives you four eyes and two noses, because the features are never in the same place twice. A real morph resolves the two faces into one geometry before blending, and that is what this tool does from two photographs: it reads both faces and composes a new one with a single set of features, matched skin and consistent lighting. You can steer it with a line of instruction, such as leaning toward the first photo or keeping the eyes from the second. The output is deliberately a fictional face. It is built for adult portraits you are authorized to use, it does not put one person's face onto another person's photo, and it is not a prediction of what a child would look like. Within those limits it is a fast way to make a face that is nobody in particular, or to see two people meet in the middle.

How it works

Morph two faces in three steps

1

Upload two portraits

Both adults, both photos you have the right to use. Front on, eyes level, similar head size in the frame and reasonably even light. Matching the angle matters far more than matching the camera.

2

Say how to weigh them

Optional but useful: lean toward the first face, keep the second face's eyes, split it evenly. One sentence is enough; the tool resolves the rest.

3

Generate and compare

The cost is shown in the workbench before you generate. If the result reads too much like one person, run it again with the balance shifted the other way.

Feature to feature, not pixel to pixel

Feature to feature, not pixel to pixel

Eyes meet eyes, the mouth meets the mouth, the jaw is one jaw. The two faces are resolved into a single structure before the skin and colouring are blended, which is the entire difference between a morph and a double exposure.

  • One set of features
  • Matched skin and lighting
  • Head pose resolved first
Choose which face leads

Choose which face leads

A perfect halfway blend is a curiosity. The useful results usually sit closer to one person, recognisably them with something of the other in the bone structure. Say which way to lean and by how much, and re-run to move along the range.

  • Lean toward either photo
  • Keep a named feature from one side
  • Re-run to shift the balance
A fictional face, and only that

A fictional face, and only that

The tool blends two authorized adult portraits into a new face. It will not work from photos of minors, it is not meant for public figures or anyone who has not agreed, and it does not swap a face onto another person's body. For a themed lookalike result instead, see Find My Doppelganger.

  • Adult portraits you may use
  • No public figures, no minors
  • A blend, never a swap

Why LazyKiwi

Why this morpher

Properly resolved

One face with one set of features, not two ghosts laid over each other.

Texture survives

Skin keeps its detail instead of averaging into plastic.

You set the balance

Say which face leads and re-run to move along the range.

Two photos, nothing else

No training, no dataset of your face, no gallery. The photos are used for your result.

Honest about what it is

A blend of two photographs into a fictional face, not a genetic prediction and not a face swap.

Cost shown first

Each blend shows its credit cost before you generate, so trying both directions is cheap.

FAQ

Face morph questions

How do I blend two faces together?+

Upload both portraits, optionally say which face should lead, and generate. The face morph tool resolves the two faces into one structure and blends skin, colouring and lighting into a single coherent face, which is why the result is one person rather than a double exposure.

Can it predict what my baby will look like?+

No, and no tool can. A child's face comes from genetic recombination, not from averaging two photographs, and siblings with the same parents look different from each other. What you get is an image that plausibly resembles both of you, which is fun and is not a prediction.

What photos work best?+

Both taken front on, with the head a similar size in the frame, eyes level and even lighting. A mismatch in head angle is the single biggest cause of a poor morph, far more than resolution or camera quality.

Can I use a celebrity's photo, or someone else's?+

No. The tool is for adult portraits you are authorized to use: your own, or those of people who have agreed. It is not meant for public figures, for anyone who has not consented, or for anyone under eighteen, and requests that look like that may be declined.

Is this a face swap?+

No. A face swap pastes one person's face onto another person's photo. A morph creates a third, fictional face from two inputs; nothing is placed onto anyone's body, and neither original appears in the output as themselves.

Does it cost credits?+

Yes, like the other image tools. The cost is shown in the workbench before you generate. Running the blend twice with the balance shifted is the usual way to land on the result you want.

Use cases

What people blend faces for

Character design

A face that is nobody in particular, built from two references, which is a standard concept-art technique for games, comics and covers.

What would our child look like

The most common reason by far. Treat it as entertainment; see the FAQ on why a blend is not a prediction.

Couple and friend content

Meeting in the middle for a post, then a coordinated pair of avatars with the Matching PFP template.

More answers

More about morphing

Why does an even blend sometimes look like neither person?+

Because at an exact half, no feature is dominant, and the brain reads faces by their distinctive parts rather than their average. Averaged faces are famously judged as attractive and unmemorable at the same time. Ask for a lean toward one face if you want the result to read as a specific person.

Can I blend more than two faces?+

The tool takes two at a time. To combine three, morph two, download, then morph the result with the third. Each pass softens texture slightly, so keep it to a few steps.

Why does the result look softer than my originals?+

Resolving two faces into one resamples the detail, and every resample costs a little sharpness. Start from higher-resolution photos, and run the result through the AI Photo Upscaler if you need it crisp.

Do you store the photos?+

The two portraits are used to produce your result. They are not added to any public gallery and are not used to build a face database. See the privacy policy for retention details.
